Mujo Ramen and Roaring Table Brewery are teaming up for a dumpling and beer pairing event! Tickets include 4 beers with 4 sets of handmade steamed dumplings.
- Traditional Irish Stout paired with Stout Braised Lamb Dumplings
- Barrel Aged Tripel paired with Smoked Tofu and Mayu Dumplings
- New England IPA paired with Pork and Leek Dumplings
- West Coast IPA paired with Bacon and Kimchi Dumplings
There will be 3 dumplings in each set for a total of 12 dumplings. Roaring Table will also be releasing 3 new beers for the event! Seating times will be 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM. Tickets are $35 per person. We hope you can join us, cheers!
